Safety & Hygiene

Safety compliance is the legal floor. A safety culture is what keeps people from being hurt on the days when nobody is watching — and those are most days.

We establish the obligations that genuinely apply to your operation, assess where you stand against them, and close the gaps in order of real risk rather than in order of ease. Documentation matters, and we put it in order, but a folder of compliant paperwork has never prevented an injury on its own.

The larger part of the work is the culture: hazards reported without fear, incidents investigated for cause rather than for blame, supervisors who stop a job when it is not safe, and training that changes behaviour rather than collecting signatures. That is also what stands up when an inspection or an incident is examined seriously.
